By accessing and using the Meu Deliver platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Meu Deliver provides a technology platform that connects customers with local restaurants, stores, and independent delivery couriers.

Our services include:

• Food delivery from partner restaurants
• Grocery and retail delivery
• Package and courier services
• Pharmacy deliveries
• Express delivery services

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your password
• All activities under your account
• Promptly updating your information
• Notifying us of security breaches

All orders placed through our platform are subject to acceptance by both Meu Deliver and our partner merchants.

Payment terms:

• We accept multiple payment methods including cash, mobile money, and cards
• Prices are displayed in Angolan Kwanza (AOA)
• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order size
• All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery policies:

• Standard delivery time: 30-45 minutes in urban areas
• Delivery hours: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily
• Contactless delivery options available
• Recipient must be 18+ for certain deliveries
• ID verification may be required for specific items

Customers may cancel orders within 5 minutes of placement without penalty. After 5 minutes, cancellation fees may apply.

Refund policies:

• Full refund for undelivered orders
• Partial refund for incorrect or damaged items
• Refund processing: 5-7 business days
• No refunds for delivered and accepted orders

Meu Deliver acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for:

• Quality of food or products from merchants
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors
• Incorrect order preparation by merchants
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

Data protection includes:

• Secure storage of personal information
• Encrypted payment processing
• Limited data sharing with necessary partners
• Right to access and delete your data

The Meu Deliver platform and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Meu Deliver Angola and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Use our trademarks or logos without permission
• Reverse engineer any part of our platform
• Use our content for commercial purposes

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.

Grounds for termination include:

• Violation of terms and conditions
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of staff or other users
• Multiple order cancellations
• Payment fraud or chargebacks

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Angola.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luanda, Angola.

For international orders, Angolan law applies.
